A parking garage in New York City collapsed on Tuesday afternoon, leaving the manager of the garage dead and several other workers injured.
Investigators now say the collapse was caused by multiple issues, including the age of the building, structural issues that had not been fixed, and the fact that there were too many cars parked on the top level.
Crews had to use drones and a robot dog to search for people who may have been trapped because it was too dangerous to send crews inside.
