Just what Southwest needs... Another negative news story.
During a flight from Dallas to Phoenix on Monday, a man allegedly bumped into another man's wife by accident on the plane. He apologized, but the man became outraged and demanded his address. Then he started assaulting him and put him in a headlock.
Another passenger started capturing video of the incident after a few punches had already been thrown.
Dallas police responded to the incident but made no arrests.
