A Boca Raton woman made an unusual request at a recent city council meeting.
She approached the podium with her elderly boyfriend and asked officials to recognize 'Sugar Daddy Appreciation Day' as she pointed out that Florida has the highest percentage of 'Sugar Daddies' and 'Sugar Mommies' in the country.
