One Florida man was arrested and charged with felony battery after he entered a Florida CVS store on Sunday and started yelling Joe Biden slurs and punching a female employee in the face.
29-year-old David Frick was shooting "F---k, Joe Biden' during the assault, according to Gainesville police.
The victim was in the back of the store getting ice cream from the freezer when Frick began attacking her. After punching her in the face and possibly breaking her nose, he got on top of the victim and began punching her more. A customer in the store jumped in to try and stop the attack, and he, too, was hit in the face by Frick.
Frick then fled the scene and ran out of the store but was later detained by police.
Frick was previously charged as an inmate for shoving an Alachua County jail nurse.
