Eric Merda is lucky to be alive after losing his arm in an alligator attack while swimming in Lake Manatee earlier this summer. Now, months later, he tells his story of how he survived three days in the swamp after the attack.
This is the first time we've heard from Merda since the attack in late July.
After describing the attack and how he survived, he had one warning for viewers:
"Do not feed the gators, and you guys know who you are, throwing rocks at them; I've seen it on the job sites, leave them gators alone."
