When the Marion County Sheriff's office was alerted of a stolen vehicle and saw Matthew Gebert, 29, in the stolen car, and he refused to pull over, officers were forced to pursue Gebert at very high speeds.
When the suspect abandoned the car and decided to start fleeing on foot, that's when K-9 Jax was sent sprinting to find him. When Jax did find Gebert, things didn't go well for him. Take a look.
