A woman in St. Pete was arrested on Friday after allegedly throwing a can of beans and a hard-boiled egg at an older man on the sidewalk along 2nd Avenue North.
Lynn Bitinaitis, 54, initially threw an entire can of beans at the man, which hit the man's back, then picked up another half-full can of beans and threw that at him.
According to the victim, he was left covered in baked bean liquid and ultimately hit with a hard-boiled egg as well, which was also thrown at him by Bitinaitis.
She was charged with battery on a person 65 years or older.
