A Clearwater Uber driver was arrested on a grand theft charge after keeping a rider's phone after the rider didn't leave him a tip.
The driver, Andrei Zablotckii, reportedly had the rider's lost Samsung Galaxy S9 phone and wouldn't give it back until they paid him $200.
The rider DID pay Zablotcki the money, and he still refused to return the phone.
According to WFLA News Channel 8, police said after the victim called them, Zablotckii dropped the phone off at a hotel and told the victim where to get it.
After the arrest, officers say Zablotckii did admit to keeping the phone because he was upset he didn't receive a tip after "making more stops than the original ride called for."
