Viral TikTok star Noel Cooper of Florida has used her body as a canvas to paint several tributes and to help raise awareness to different causes. Most recently, she painted an incredible Ukraine tribute on herself.
Not only does she paint these tributes on herself, but she also uses the money she makes from TikTok to donate back to communities and foundations that need it most.
Early Tuesday morning, Noel donated $1250 to Battle 22 - a 501(c)3 dedicated to funding therapeutic activities for veterans designed to provide opportunities to heal from the invisible wounds of war. They are currently in an emergency situation.
