Hurricane and storm surge watches have been issued for all of South Florida and the Keys as Tropical Storm Eta makes landfall along the south-central coast of Cuba.
The center of Eta is expected to approach the Florida Keys or South Florida late Sunday. A state of emergency has been declared in Miami-Dade county.
As of 4a, Tropical Storm Eta was centered 95 miles west of Camaguey, Cuba. It is moving at 12 mph and has maximum sustained winds of 65 mph.
