(Miami, FL) -- Hurricane Dorian is now a Category four storm with extremely dangerous winds of 130-miles an hour. It's expected to hit Florida sometime between Monday night or Tuesday morning. Florida, North Carolina and 12 counties in Georgia have declared states of emergencies. Dorian could be the strongest hurricane to hit Florida since Hurricane Andrew in 1992.
