The Intracoastal Waterway shimmers in lights with Pompano Beach's 63rd Annual Holiday Boat Parade tonight followed by the 54th Winterfest Boat Parade tomorrow night. Winterfest CEO Lisa Scott-Founds says the parade will lead with fireworks. This year's grand marshals are acclaimed artist Romero Britto and singer Montell Jordan.
"We've got over a hundred boats from kayaks to 200-footers. So there is something for everybody," Scott-Founds said.
It begins at 6 in downtown Fort Lauderdale with eight bridges going up for the two-hour, 12-mile parade.
Along Ocean Drive on Miami Beach tomorrow night are drone shows, concerts and projection mapping.
