Miami, FL - A woman caused a scene after crashing her BMW convertible into a Popeyes restaurant in South Florida on Sunday.
The incident, captured on cellphone video, shows the woman expressing fear of going to jail and attempting to leave the scene.
The woman is heard saying in the cellphone video “Can you get me out of here, please? I can’t get charged with that. I can’t go to jail, I can’t go to jail. I won’t last there.”
The crash occurred on Sunday morning during rainy weather at the Popeyes location on Northwest Seventh Avenue in Liberty City.
While no serious injuries were reported, the woman was cited for reckless driving and driving too fast for conditions.
