Big Pine Key, FL - Three suspected members of a national outlaw motorcycle gang were arrested following an altercation at a Big Pine Key restaurant on Saturday.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), the suspects are allegedly members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, a national outlaw motorcycle gang.

The assault occurred at the Boardwalk Bar & Grill, where 41-year-old Derek Queen, 60-year-old David Mirth, and 55-year-old Anthony Eliopulos allegedly confronted the victim, identified as 49-year-old Jeffrey Jones, over a t-shirt he was wearing.

Jones claimed he wasn't affiliated with any motorcycle gang, however, authorities reported that the shirt allegedly displayed symbols associated with a rival group.

Surveillance footage obtained by MCSO captured Queen, Mirth, and Eliopulos forcefully detaining Jones outside the restaurant, removing his shirt, and pinning him between two vehicles.

All three individuals face charges of kidnapping or false imprisonment and battery.

Jones was initially detained for refusing to cooperate with deputies but was later released.

MCSO Sheriff Rick Ramsay condemned the incident, stating, "We will not tolerate gangs or their associated activities within our community. Investigating gang-related crimes remains a top priority, and we will ensure the safety and well-being of our peaceful residents."

An investigation into Saturday's incident is ongoing.
