Miami-Dade Public Housing and Community Development opening the 2024 Section 8 Housing Voucher Program waitlist today. The window to submit applications runs from today until February 19th and will be run entirely online. Alll applications will undergo a computer-generated randomization process and only 5 thousand will be selected for placement on the waiting list. They must also meet program requirements and income limits as established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The goal is to help families find accessible housing in the community.
