FSU's signal caller is a semifinalist for the top honor at his position.

Jordan Travis has his Seminoles at 10 and oh and ranked 4th in the college football playoff rankings.

Now he is one of 20 players in the running for the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award, which will be handed out on November 28th.

Travis attended Palm Beach Central High School before transferring to the Benjamin School in North Palm Beach.

He was first recruited by Louisville in 2018, but played only three games before announcing that he'd be leaving for Florida State.

Travis has thrown 20 touchdowns and just two interceptions this season. He has also rushed for seven touchdowns.

The redshirt senior is in his final year with the Noles.
