Collier County, FL - An 11-year-old Southwest Florida middle school student has been arrested following threats made on social media to kill a fellow student.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office revealed that a Pine Ridge Middle School (PRMS) student reported a TikTok account to school administrators and a youth resource deputy.
The TikTok account posted a video featuring several PRMS students with insulting and vulgar words.
The situation escalated when the reporting student messaged the account about reporting it to the school.
In response, the account user threatened her, stating, "I will [expletive] kill you, watch yourself."
CCSO detectives, using court-ordered subpoenas from TikTok and Comcast Cable Communications, traced the TikTok account to 11-year-old Neisha Pierre’s email and IP address.
Pierre, identified as a sixth-grade student at PRMS, now faces charges of written threats to kill or do bodily injury, a second-degree felony.
