TAMPA -- The reward to find the person who shot and killed a seven year old boy on the Courtney Campbell Causeway July 4th, has been increased to ten thousand dollars. It's part of an effort to encourage more tips.
Friday would have been Yitzian Torres Garcia's eighth birthday. The deadly gunfire stemmed from an argument over jetskis being used near the beach at the Courtney Campbell Causeway. The shot also wounded Yitzian's grandfather.
