SPRING HILL -- A Spring Hill woman discovers a strange man lounging on her patio Thursday morning, charging his phone. She calls the Hernando sheriff.
Deputies say Anthony Stravino insisted he was at his girlfriend's house, waiting to be let in. But then he said he didn't know where he was. The resident says she never met the man.
They checked out Stravino's backpack and found baggies of heroin and crystal meth. He's in jail on $28 thousand bond.
