Orlando, FL - Four individuals have been arrested in a human trafficking case involving a teenage girl who worked at a Florida strip club since the age of 15.
According to the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, the club, Flash Dancer Orlando, is accused of permitting the underage girl to work as a dancer without proper identification or licensure.
Investigators discovered that the victim had been employed at the club since 2019 and had performed sexually explicit acts for customers for tips, as well as being featured in prostitution advertisements.
According to the arrest affidavit, the club is accused of concealing the victim's employment from authorities by failing to provide accurate worker information to the sheriff's office.
The investigation, which took place from September of 2019 to February of 2021, revealed that the victim lied about her age and provided a fake date of birth in order to work at the club.
The victim claimed to be 20 years old, but was actually 17 at the time.
She stated that she had taken the job at the club because her mother was unemployed and that she had performed at other adult entertainment clubs in the area.
Surveillance video from March 2021 showed dancers at Flash Dancer Orlando engaging in sex acts, with the general manager, Johnathan Johnson, present during select performances and allegedly exerting authority over the dancers' behavior.
The club's owner, William Sierer, assistant manager and house mom Kimberly Sinclair, and manager Paul Delvalle are all facing charges for human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child, as they are believed to have allowed the victim to perform sexually explicit acts to satisfy customers' desires.
The affidavit further alleges that Flash Dancer Orlando failed to provide accurate information about its workers to the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, as required by Orange County code for adult entertainment establishments.
The four suspects have been arrested and are facing charges related to human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child.
