TAMPA -- Election Day has finally arrived.
Voters are going to the polls in Tampa today (Tuesday) to select a mayor and six city council members.
Incumbent Mayor Jane Castor faces only a write-in candidate, Belinda Noah.
There's more competition for the council seats, as supporters of the mayor try to replace critics on the council. In cases where no candidate gets 50% of the vote, there will be a runoff between the top two finishers April 25.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
