REACTION: Tom Brady Retires Again

TAMPA -- Tom Brady has retired again.

"I'll get to the point right away. I'm retiring, for good."

The legendary quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and before that the New England Patriots, who retired soon after the end of the 2021 season, then reversed himself for another year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, announced his decision in a social media video posted Wednesday morning.

"I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning, I figured I'd just press record and let you guys know first." Brady said. He said this video wouldn't be super-emotional because he used that one last year. "Thank you... my family, my friends, my teammates, my competitors... for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn't change a thing. Love you all."

The Bucs have retweeted Brady and sent their own message (below): "Thank You Tom."

Brady first announced his retirement exactly one year ago today, then reversed his decision a few days later.
