North Lauderdale, FL - Police are searching for a man who was caught on camera engaging in voyeuristic behavior at a South Florida Family Dollar store last month.

According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, 27-year-old Lewis Phillips is suspected of putting his phone under a woman's dress inside of a North Fort Lauderdale Family Dollar on December 17th.

Police says the woman was standing in line to pay when Phillips approached her from behind and placed his phone underneath her dress.

The victim attempted to grab the phone from Phillips' hand, but he managed to retrieve it and flee the store.

The victim told police that prior to the incident, Phillips followed her around the store, seemingly taking pictures and videos of her without her consent.

The victim says she confronted Phillips and asked him to stop, but he still took upskirt photos of her while she was checking out.

Phillips remains at large. Authorities are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
