PORT ST LUCIE, Fla. — A detention deputy faces charges and a child is in the hospital over a gun accident.
Port St Lucie police say 35 year old Daniel Weber was showing his son how to clean an AR-15 on Nov. 23 when it fell to the ground, and went off, wounding a girl in the house.
