Brevard County, FL - Parents in Brevard County are outraged after students weren't allowed off the school bus by the driver who was yelling at students for misbehaving.

According to a spokesperson for the Brevard County Public Schools, the conflict started when two students began misbehaving.

Students on the bus say the driver then refused to take anyone home.

A video released by a student showed the driver yelling at children while they asked to be let off the bus.

The video captured students trying to use the emergency exit to escape the bus, while other students called their parents and the police.

When the students were finally let off the bus, they ran to a nearby house and waited for officers to arrive.

Brittany Fonte, a parent of one of the students, tells WESH the bus driver's behavior "was unacceptable. We trusted them with our children, and she was yelling and screaming, even screaming profanities, honestly.”

Parents are demanding that the school district release footage from inside the bus.
