A Hialeah abortion clinic under the legal microscope. An administrative law judge is hearing arguments about whether the "A GYN Diagnostic Center" provided required information to women at least 24-hours before abortions were performed. The clinic is challenging an attempt by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to impose a 41-thousand-dollar fine over alleged violations of the notice requirement by a 2015 state law. The A-H-C-A says it's missing documentation from 41 patients --the clinic disputes the allegations.
