While a majority of Florida counties have already been holding early voting, the ones that haven't will be launching on Saturday.

It marks ten days before the August 23 Primary Election, which is the deadline for counties to start allowing voters to show up at designated locations and take part in early voting.

Elections supervisors of each county may determine those locations and the times where those sites will be open, but state law requires at least eight hours of early voting per day and no more than 12.

In addition, the early voting period can end no sooner than three days before the election, but supervisors may extend the window up until two days prior. Some of Florida's largest counties are continuing early voting through Sunday, August 21, while others are wrapping up a day earlier.

Check with your county's elections office for these specifics.
