Miami-Dade, FL - A home surveillance camera captured the armed robbery of a South Florida man in his own front yard.
WSVN obtained video of the July 17th robbery on the 18700 block of Southwest 316th Street in southwest Miami-Dade.
According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, two armed robbers, described by police as Black teens between the ages of 17 and 18, hopped the homeowners fence, pointed handguns at him, and demanded his chain.
Video captured one of the suspects pulling on the victim's chain in an attempt to remove it.
The victim told police he feared for his life and complied with the robbers demands, handing over his chain before the thieves took off on foot.
The victim wasn't injured during the robbery.
