Senator Rick Scott is now calling for President Biden to resign saying he's unwell, incoherent and confused.. He says it's clear he's unfit for office and cannot take any responsibility for himself. Scott says Biden doesn’t know where he is half the time. He says everyone knows it, no one is willing to say it, but he has to for the sake of the country.
