Prosecutors won't seek the death penalty for a man convicted of murdering a Davie woman in 2014.
27-year-old Dayonte Resiles was found guilty last month of first-degree murder in the killing of Jill Halliburton Su. Su, 59, was found stabbed in the bathtub more than 20 times.
He's expected to be sentenced to life in prison on May 20th.
