Teen accused of killing six out of jail on house arrest

DELRAY BEACH, FL - A teenager is out of jail and on house after allegedly crashing his BMW into another vehicle at 151 mph and killing six people.

According to police, 18-year-old Noah Thomas Galle was driving at the high rate of speed when he rear-ended a Nissan with six people inside.

Galle’s BMW pushed the rear of the Nissan “forward several feet into the passenger compartment,” causing the Nissan to enter the median and overturn.

Five people inside the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.

A sixth victim was taken to Delray Medical Center where they died.

The victims were identified as 45-year-old Mirlaine Innocent Julceus, 53-year-old Remize Michel, 60-year-old Marie Michelle Louis, 77-year-old Michel Louis Saint, 46-year-old Filaine Dieu and 29-year-old Vanice Percina.

During their investigation, authorities learned Galle had allegedly shared posts on social media where he was seen driving at high rates of speed.

One video allegedly showed him driving 181 mph.

Galle was charged with six counts of vehicular homicide and his bond was set to $300,000.

The 18-year-old pleaded not guilty and was ordered to stay in juvenile detention while the case was transferred to an adult criminal court.

Galle’s attorney, Liz Parker, argued he was suicidal and needed to be under supervision at his home. Parker said Galle has “unusual medical conditions” and had been on psychiatric medication since he was 12.

Galle was released from jail and placed on house arrest on Monday.

He’s not allowed to leave unless it’s for medical purposes.
