The teen at the center of a high-speed crash that claimed the lives of six people near Delray Beach faces vehicular homicide charges.
Prosecutors on Monday announced the six charges against Noah Galle, who was driving a BMW back in January, when it crashed into the back of an SUV.
Investigators say the 17-year old was going 151 miles per hour and never tried to stop.
All of the victims were in that Nissan Rogue, which rolled over and came to a stop upside down.
Toxicology tests have come back clean, meaning Galle was sober at the time of the crash.
Each count of the second-degree felony carries a maximum of 15-years in prison.
Galle was first arrested earlier this month, with Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw saying that there is a lot of investigative work that needed to be performed.
A judge on Tuesday set bail at $300,000.
