South Florida woman arrested after allegedly stabbing ex-boyfriend

A woman was arrested after she allegedly stabbed her ex-boyfriend at his South Florida home on Saturday.

Hialeah police arrested 28-year-old Harlem Hernandez in reference to the stabbing that was initially believed to be an attempted armed robbery.

After an investigation, police discovered the stabbing was a domestic dispute and that an attempted robbery never occurred.

The stabbing happened around 1 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of West 44th Terrace in Hialeah.

Hernandez was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

The victim, Hernandez’s ex-boyfriend, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
