A South Florida mayoral candidate will be free from jail during next week's election.
That wasn't certain until earlier this week for Cindy Falco-DiCorrado, who is running in Boynton Beach.
The woman was arrested last year when she refused to wear a mask inside a bagel shop while a countywide order was in place.
Police had to remove Falco-DiCorrado from the premises and charged her with misdemeanor trespassing and resisting arrest in a scene that was caught on video.
A jury convicted her, but the judge decided to withhold adjudication, and told her she would have to pay standard court costs.
Falco-DiCorrado is one of four candidates in the race for Mayor.
