The attorney for the Jupiter parents charged with forcing their adopted 14-year old son to live in a locked structure in their garage is pushing authorities to include some new and troubling information into the case.
Nellie King describes the teen as unruly, out of control, destructive and cruel and claims he has been that way since he was two years old.
In a letter to Jupiter Police, King writes that there are "numerous school records, photos and files" that document years of "disturbing and dangerous behavior" witnessed by his family and teachers. They include bringing weapons to school, terrorizing his family, torturing animals and fantasizing about killing people.
The letter states that the boy once yelled in class that "the Holocaust was a good thing," he searched on school electronics for disturbing ways for girls to die and stole anything he could get his hands on.
Many of these things allegedly happening while the family lived in Arizona.
Tracy and Timothy Ferriter have bonded out of jail. Their three other kids are in DCF custody, while the agency conducts its own investigation.
