A Clearwater man was arrested after deputies found bags of drugs wrapped around his penis, which the suspect claimed "were not his."
34-year-old Patrick Florence was the passenger in a car that was pulled over around 4AM Saturday morning after the car's driver was spotted driving without his lights on.
The driver was arrested for DUI and marijuana possession.
During a search of the vehicle, deputies located a gun under the passenger's seat and conducted a search of Florence.
While searching Florence, deputies found bags of cocaine and methamphetamine wrapped around the man's penis.
According to his arrest report, Florence "stated the package wrapped around his penis was not his." The suspect did not say who the drugs belonged to.
Florence has been arrested nearly 20 times by Pinellas County sheriffs, the majority of which involved cocaine or crack-cocaine charges.
He was charged with four felonies, including possession of cocaine, meth, ammunition, and a firearm; and booked into the Pinellas County jail in lieu of $24,000 bond.
