A South Florida man is accused of threatening to injure two members of Congress.

60-year old Paul Hoeffer was arraigned in a Miami federal courtroom this week on charges that he called two unidentified congresswomen, telling one of them he would travel a "long, long way" to rattle her head with bullets and cut off her head.

Hoeffer allegedly called a New York congresswoman and said he'd "rip her head off."

He's also accused of telling a district attorney from Illinois that he would "rattle her brain."

The Palm Beach Gardens man pleaded not guilty and he'll go on trial in January.
