Gabby Petito's Fiance Is Missing, Too: North Port, Florida Police

NORTH PORT -- Police are now looking for the fiance of missing woman Gabby Petito.

According to a statement from police spokesman Josh Taylor, Brian Laundrie's family says they haven't seen him since Tuesday. The attorney for the Laundrie family, Steven Bertolino, told FBI investigators the family wanted to talk to police about his disappearance.

Police who arrived at the Laundrie house Friday night were greeted by an angry crowd of about two dozen people, some of whom were standing on the lawn along with reporters and camera crews. A couple of people used bullhorns to shout at the Laundrie home. Others chanted "Where is Gabby," and "Arrest Brian!"

Officers moved protesters off the lawn and into the street. At dark, an officer asked the crowd to respect the peace of the neighborhood. "We understand why you're here and our officers have been very lenient, working with you all." A woman shouted back, "Is he cooperating?" Another woman periodically used a bullhorn to shout at the Laundries. She told a reporter with News Channel 8, "we're going to harass him until he comes out, and I'm OK with that."

The crowd and reporters saw police appear to remove evidence from the home and a car.

Taylor acknowledged the public's frustration with the lack of progress in finding Petito. He said Friday's visit is the first time the family has spoken with investigators in detail.

Here's the description his agency put out for Petito (pictured below):

-White Male

-5’8 160lbs

-Brown eyes

-Short brown hair

-trimmed facial hair

-Last seen wearing a hiking bag with a waist strap.
