Amid continuing protests, Cuba changes its rules today on food and medicine imports. The Cuba Ministry of Higher Education says from now until December 31st, it will now allow passengers flying into the communist island to bring unlimited food, hygiene and medicine products with no import fees. Cuba expert Dr. Andy Gomez says this all sounds good, but it won't mean much for the 11-million people suffering there. He says charter flights are far and few between and there are restrictions on how much a passenger can carry. He doesn't expect any real change in Cuba until Raul Castro dies
