Construction workers are repairing structural issues at a Delray Beach condo.
Residents of the Linton Ridge complex say they've been complaining about the problems for months and in the wake of the Surfside condo collapse, those concerns have grown.
City Attorney Lynn Gelin says that code enforcement officers are doing daily inspections, to ensure the issues are being fixed.
"It's deplorable. Nobody should be living like that and much less having it go on without any type of reparative action being taken."
Deep cracks can be spotted on multiple buildings at the complex and poles are holding up some of the structures.
