Miami-Dade Police investigators have located and recovered the Nissan Pathfinder used in the mass shooting. Officials say it was found submereged in a canal, in the area of 154 Street NW 2 Avenue. The vehicle was reported stolen on May 15, 2021.

Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine-Cava lamenting a deadly Memorial Day weekend in her county. She says the full resources of the county will be deployed to locate and prosecute the suspects.
"We must get these killers off the streets! We can only do it with your help. And we must break the cycle of violence, and there is a cycle. Gun violence is an epidemic," Cava said.
30 people have been shot, 3 have died in South Florida this weekend.
