Cuba Names New Communist Party Chief

Major change in Cuba. For the first time in six decades a Castro is not in charge. Cuba's Communist Party announcing Miguel Diaz-Canel is succeeding Raul Castro as the party's first secretary. Andy Gomez-Retired Senior Fellow Of Cuban Studies at the University of Miami-says the announcement comes amid rumors Castro is suffering from advanced cancer. He says no matter what happens--- he doesn't expect much change on the ground on the communist island.
