The Governor and Florida's Emergency Management Director spent nearly 30 minutes this afternoon blasting CBS and "60 Minutes" for its segment questioning the state's vaccine rollout.
Governor Ron DeSantis says back in December dozens of locations in Palm Beach were administering the vaccine, with Walgreen's and CVS going to senior centers to inoculate residents.
He states Walmart was the original first choice, but the retailer couldn't be ready as quickly as Publix. It had nothing to do with campaign contributions.
While DeSantis vowed to, "hit them back right in between the eyes," he did not announce legal action.
CBS has stood by the "60 Minutes" piece.
