The one-time girlfriend and long-time confidant of the late Jeffrey Epstein faces more charges.
Ghislaine Maxwell was already facing multiple criminal counts in connection with the case involving Epstein, the Palm Beach financier who died in jail while awaiting trial on child sex charges.
According to reports, federal prosecutors have unveiled two new charges against Maxwell, including sex trafficking conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor.
She was arrested in July, accused of recruiting young girls to give massages to Epstein, which then turned sexual.
