Angry Miami Beach residents sounding off on the Spring Break chaos. Mitch Novak lives and works near Ocean Drive and says this is no way to live. Crowds are so out of control this year, police have had to use pepper bombs to break them up and have issued more than 1-thousand arrests. Miami Beach remains under a state of emergency with an 8 p.m. curfew and bridge closures Thursday through Sunday until April 12th.
