Major progress on the Everglades restoration project. Governor Ron DeSantis says the effort to restore, preserve and protect South Florida's ecosystem is going full steam ahead with plenty of funding from the state and feds. He says they got 250-million from Uncle Sam in 2020 and they're getting 250-million this year. The state budget is still being hashed out, but DeSantis expects 740-million to go toward these projects that will improve water quality and make a healthier habitat for plants and animals.
