The owner of the New England Patriots wants video from a Jupiter massage parlor destroyed.
Cops say the video shows Robert Kraft paying for sex acts at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in January of last year, but an appeals court last month ruled that police violated the Fourth Amendment rights of the NFL team owner and other men when they set up hidden video cameras inside the business.
That court ruling barred the videos from trial and a new court motion from Kraft's attorneys calls for the appointment of a special master to oversee both the destruction of the videos and the securing of them in the meantime.
Lawyer Frank Shepherd wrote that the videos should be destroyed so they can never be subject to any misuse.
