Major tweaks coming to the Broward Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Gregory Tony is forming a 7-member use of force board and replacing all but one member of his Professional Standards Committee which reviews internal affairs investigations. He says some people on the Committee are afraid to speak up, so he's replacing them with people experienced in making unpopular and tough decisions. Tony fired five deputies for bad behavior in the past year, including a deputy involved in the rough arrest of a Tamarac teen. The changes take effect next month.
