The FBI is investigating after a traffic stop led to a potentially explosive discovery in Palm Beach Gardens.
Police pulled Fred Otto Junior over early Sunday morning after a woman said she had just had a dispute with the man.
He was arrested for DUI, but it's what was found in Otto's truck that really has authorities concerned. According to the arrest report, the Sheriff's Bomb Squad was called to the scene and located "six destructive devices." Investigators describe them as homemade explosives, along with some commercial fireworks.
Otto has been arrested in the past for making explosives.
His name is being run through various databases to see if he's on any watchlists due to concerns about homegrown terrorists.
