Governor DeSantis Announces Plan To Cut Occupational Licensing Fees

Governor Ron DeSantis is trying to clear the path for potential workers hitting several roadblocks on their way to getting an occupational license in Florida. Cut the red tape and make people more productive, .that's the goal for Governor Ron DeSantis who will introduce the occupational licensing reform package in January to eliminate excessive fees and requirements. It will reduce the number of hours people like interior designers, cosmetologists and barbers will have to complete to get a license and it will also ensure people who owe student loans are not automatically nixed. Licenses will also be transferred from county to county, making it easier for people to work across the sunshine state.
